Role & responsibilities :
- Oversee hatchery operations and ensure SOP, safety, and quality compliance.
- Monitor maintenance, hygiene, sanitation, and waste management.
- Ensure timely chick delivery and smooth daily operations.
- Lead and guide in-charges, conduct reviews, and resolve operational issues.
- Verify material receipts, inventory records, and utility usage.
- Ensure equipment calibration and effective resource management.
Preferred candidate profile :
Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hatchery Supervisor will be preferred.
