Role & responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the tool room and supervise tool room personnel.
- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of gravity die casting dies and tooling.
- Ensure timely availability of dies, fixtures, jigs, and gauges for production.
- Analyze die failures and implement corrective actions to improve tool life.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams for recent product development.
- Monitor die performance and recommend modifications to improve casting quality and productivity.
- Plan and execute die trials, die corrections, and process improvements.
