Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our RD team. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative product designs, preparing technical drawings, and supporting recent product development (NPD) initiatives. The role demands strong technical expertise in 3D modeling and design tools along with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.

Responsibilities

- Create and modify 3D models using advanced CAD tools
- Prepare accurate 2D drawings and drafting documentation
- Work on Product Flow Diagrams (PFD) and engineering documentation
- Support and execute New Product Development (NPD) activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve design efficiency
- Ensure designs meet quality, manufacturing, and performance standards
- Maintain proper documentation of design revisions and updates

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E

Experience

- 2-3 years in design engineering or product development

Technical Skills





- Proficiency in CREO and/or NX (Siemens NX)
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling and drafting
- Understanding of product design lifecycle and development processes
- Familiarity with engineering drawing standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced RD environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
