Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop 3D models using Revit MEP software for various projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate design specifications.
- Create detailed drawings, schedules, and reports from the designed models.
- Troubleshoot issues related to model performance, data integrity, and compatibility.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in BIM Modeling (MEP) with proficiency in Revit software.
- Robust understanding of building information modeling principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
