Position: Support Engineer / Trainee
Job Location: Palakkad, Kerala
Experience: Fresher
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering or related field

Key Responsibilities:
Attend customer complaints and breakdown calls promptly
Troubleshoot biomedical equipment and identify technical issues
Perform preventive & corrective maintenance of medical equipment
Install, inspect, test & commission biomedical equipment
Identify required spare parts and coordinate for procurement
Maintain service reports, equipment records & documentation
Conduct regular customer visits and monitor equipment performance
Provide basic user training to hospital staff/operators
Coordinate with senior engineers for complex technical issues




Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely service closure
Follow company safety, quality & service procedures

Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of biomedical/electronic equipment
Good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel to customer locations
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude & willingness to learn
