Role Overview

The MEP Engineer will be responsible for the execution, monitoring, and coordination of Electrical and Mechanical services for residential high-rise projects. The role requires effective coordination with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor Electrical and Mechanical works at site.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Review shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Monitor installation and execution of HT/LT systems, DG sets, transformers, pumps, firefighting systems, water supply systems, and HVAC services.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Support testing, commissioning, snag closure, and project handover activities.




- Track project progress and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Verify contractor work measurements and billing quantities.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in residential high-rise construction projects is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in execution and coordination of Electrical and Mechanical services.
- Experience in project execution from construction stage through handover.

Employment Terms

- The position will be on the payroll of T&M; Ergotor.
- This is a 1-year contractual role.
- Contract renewal is reviewed annually.
- Annual increment cycle is in August.
- Based on performance and availability of suitable opportunities, employees may be considered for future on-roll positions within the organization.
