Experience: Fresher–2 Years

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month + Incentives

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to doctors, dermatologists, clinics, salons and wellness centres.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp and follow-ups.
- Explain aesthetic/medical equipment, offers and packages to potential customers.
- Follow up with interested leads and schedule product demonstrations.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the field sales team for qualified leads and appointments.
- Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation and sales targets.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

Skills Required:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi + English communication; Marathi is an advantage.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Fresher candidates with good communication skills can apply.

Incentives: Performance-based incentives in addition to fixed salary.
