- Work ResponsibilitiesCall EV owners and understand their requirement for home EV charger installation.
- Handle incoming enquiries and make outbound calls to potential EV customers.
- Collect customer details including name, contact number, EV/car model, location and parking details.
- Explain the home charger installation process, available charger options and basic requirements.
- Qualify leads and identify customers ready for a site survey.
- Schedule site surveys with customers and coordinate with the installation team.
- Share customer location, contact details and survey requirements with the field/technical team.
- Follow up with customers after the site survey regarding quotation, approval and installation.




- Schedule the charger installation after customer confirmation.
- Coordinate with the customer and installation team to ensure timely installation.
- Confirm installation completion and update the customer/CRM records.
- Maintain daily records of calls, qualified leads, surveys scheduled, installations scheduled and completed.
- Follow up with pending customers and ensure no qualified lead is missed.
- Coordinate with the operations team for any customer or installation-related issues.
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads, surveys and completed installations.
