*About Us:*

[AP NANDA & Co is looking for an experienced Accountant who can handle accounting, taxation, and client/vendor coordination independently.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Accounting & Bookkeeping:* Day-to-day bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, journal entries, bank reconciliation (Reco) in Tally

- *Taxation:* GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS filing, ITR preparation, Gstr 2A reco vs books

- *Reconciliation:* Monthly client & vendor books reconciliation, debtor/creditor follow-up

- *Client Handling:* Dealing with clients/vendors over call, email & in-person for accounts queries and payment follow-ups

- *Documentation:* Drafting professional emails, quotations,



invoices, payment reminders and contract

- *Client Visits:* Visit client place in Delhi NCR as and when required for books collection, reconciliation, or audit support

- *Reporting:* Prepare MIS reports, P&L;, Balance Sheet for management

*Required Skills:*

- Minimum 3 years experience in accounting, taxation & bookkeeping

- Must know Tally Prime, Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), GST & TDS portal

- Positive communication - can draft emails in English and talk to clients professionally
