Experience: 0-3 years in field sales (freshers with valuable communication can apply)

Salary: ₹20,000-35,000 per month in Pune, ₹22,000-35,000 per month in Mumbai, plus travel allowance and incentives

Earning potential: ₹20,000-60,000 per month with incentives

About Reponik

Reponik is an AI-powered local SEO dashboard that helps local businesses get found on Google, improve their Google Business Profile and stay ahead of nearby competitors.

What you will do

- Visit 10-15 local businesses a day in your assigned area (jewellers, restaurants, automobile dealers, showrooms and similar)
- Show owners a free Google Business Profile audit and a comparison with their competitors
- Give a short demo of Reponik on your phone and close the sale
- Collect payment and hand over the client for onboarding
- Update every visit and follow-up in the CRM the same day




- Follow up with interested owners on calls and WhatsApp
- Meet your monthly sales target

What we are looking for

- Comfortable speaking Marathi and Hindi; basic English
- Own two-wheeler with a valid licence, and a smartphone
- Confident walking into shops and talking to business owners
- Experience in field sales with companies like Justdial, IndiaMART, Paytm, PhonePe, or in telecom, insurance or loans is a plus
- 12th pass or graduate
