Kokostone Digitech Pvt. Ltd. is a real estate lead-generation and digital marketing company helping property brokers, consultants and real estate businesses generate fresh buyer enquiries.

We are looking for smart, confident and target-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our sales team in Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities• Identify and approach real estate brokers, property consultants and agencies.

• Visit broker offices and present Kokostone's lead-generation services.

• Understand the broker's property requirements, locations and target customers.

• Demonstrate our lead-generation process and packages.

• Generate new B2B clients through cold calling, field visits, referrals and follow-ups.

• Handle objections and negotiate with potential clients.

• Convert prospects into paying customers.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and build long-term broker relationships.

• Maintain daily activity and sales reports.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

What We Are Looking For• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.

• Experience in B2B, field sales, real estate, advertising, digital marketing, SaaS,



finance or similar industries is preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Confident personality and skilled approach.

• Must be comfortable making cold calls and visiting businesses personally.

• Must have the ability to handle rejection and close sales.

• Should be self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.

• Basic English + fluent Hindi communication required.

• Two-wheeler and willingness to travel locally will be an advantage.

CompensationFixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month

+ Performance-based Commission/Incentives

+ Travel allowance as applicable

Strong performers can earn significantly more through incentives.

ImportantThis is a target-driven B2B field-sales position. The role involves regular broker visits, cold calling, prospecting, follow-ups and closing sales.

We are looking for sales professionals who can generate business, not just leads.
