About the RoleUbicos Technologies is expanding Axis360, our digital operations platform for residential societies and communities.

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executive who enjoys meeting people, visiting residential societies and building relationships with Society Chairman, Secretary, Managing Committee members and Facility Managers.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify residential societies, generate meetings, demonstrate Axis360 and convert societies into paying customers.

- What You Will DoIdentify and map residential societies across Pune.
- Visit societies and connect with Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Facility Managers.
- Generate leads through field visits, calling, references and local networking.
- Explain Axis360 and conduct product demonstrations.
- Introduce our Free Society Operational Health Assessment to prospective customers.
- Understand society operational problems related to housekeeping, maintenance, complaints, assets, vendors and compliance.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified opportunities into customers.
- Maintain regular communication with society decision-makers.
- Build relationships with facility-management companies, property managers and other channel partners.
- Maintain daily sales activity and customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly meeting,



assessment and sales targets.
- Who We Are Looking For12th Pass or Graduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, business development or direct sales.
- Candidates with experience in real estate, facility management, security services, property management, home services or similar industries will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with senior society committee members and facility managers.
- Self-motivated and willing to travel within Pune.
- Comfortable with cold calling and field visits.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and applications.
- Marathi/Hindi communication is preferred; basic English is required.
