Role & responsibilities

- Overall management of Accounts & Finance operations.
- Preparation and review of Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow and MIS reports.
- Monthly and annual financial closing and reporting.
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Working capital and cash-flow management.
- Handling CC/OD limits, Bank Guarantees, Loans, LC and other banking facilities.
- Liaison and negotiation with banks and financial institutions.
- Monitoring receivables, payables and fund utilization.
- GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Coordination with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Tax Consultants.
- Strengthening internal financial controls and risk-management systems.
- Monitoring customer outstanding and improving collection efficiency.
- Cost control and profitability analysis.
- Providing financial analysis and strategic inputs to the Directors/Management.
- Managing and mentoring the Accounts & Finance team.




- Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and financial regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

- CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong experience in corporate finance, accounting, banking and working capital management.
- Experience in independently handling senior-level finance responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
- Excellent knowledge of financial statements and financial analysis.
- Robust working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/Accounting software.
- Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates with experience in MSME / Manufacturing / Infrastructure / Project-based organizations will be preferred.
