Position: Sintering Oven Operator (Electrical Background)
Job Purpose: Monitor and operate the sintering oven on a daily basis, ensuring consistent temperature control, secure operation, and timely intervention in case of electrical faults or process deviations.
Shift Details: 12-hour duty shifts, rotating between day and night (24x7 coverage)
Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor sintering oven parameters (temperature, cycle time, load) throughout the shift
- Identify and troubleshoot basic electrical faults in oven control panels, heating elements, and sensors
- Maintain shift-wise operation logs and report abnormalities to supervisor
- Coordinate with maintenance team for any electrical breakdowns




- Ensure adherence to safety protocols while working near high-temperature equipment
- Support smooth handover between shifts

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical or related trade (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control panels, and thermocouples/PLCs (if applicable)
- Willingness to work rotational 12-hour shifts including night duty
- Basic understanding of furnace/oven operation is a plus
