Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets for industrial automation products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay updated on current technologies and trends.
- Provide technical support to customers by understanding their needs and presenting customized proposals.
- Analyze customer feedback to enhance sales performance and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell industrial automation products.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.

Job Requirements :

- Strong knowledge of industrial automation technologies, including PLCs, SCADA systems, and sensors.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in technical sales, marketing, and sales engineering is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
