Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee project execution for large-scale high-rise residential and township developments from inception to completion.
- Provide strategic direction to project teams, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, and adherence to approved budgets.
- Drive coordination between Design, Architecture, MEP, Construction, Contracts, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams.
- Review project plans, schedules, budgets, design deliverables, and construction progress to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Conduct regular site visits and project reviews to monitor progress, identify risks, and drive timely corrective actions.
- Ensure effective project planning, resource allocation, cost control, quality assurance, and risk management.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and other external stakeholders to resolve project-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, building codes, safety standards, and organisational policies.
- Prepare and review MIS, project reports, budgets, forecasts, and management updates for senior leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to ensure high performance and effective delivery.
- Drive value engineering, process improvements, and innovative construction methodologies to optimise project cost and timelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Job Requirements:
- 20–28 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in high-rise residential projects and large-scale township developments.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of project planning, construction management, budgeting, contracts, quality control, and risk management.
- Experience in managing large project teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, statutory regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Robust analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Candidates from leading real estate developers, EPC companies, or organisations handling large-scale high-rise/township projects would be preferred.
