Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through calls.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Follow company processes and service standards.
Shift: 24*7 Rotational Shifts (for Boys)
Day shift (for Girls)
Working Days: 6 Days Working
Week Off: 1 Rotational Off
Salary:
17000 to 25000 CTC/In-Hand
Freshers (Graduate/Undergraduate can apply)
