- Source top talent for US-based clients through cold calling, networking, and other sourcing methods.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with qualified candidates.
- Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously, ensuring timely communication and delivery of services.

Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in IT Staffing or Recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid client relationships.
- Proficiency in Cold Calling, Teamwork, Talent Acquisition Executive, Client Coordination, Customer Service Management.
