Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage end-to-end product development activities for woven garments and home textile products.
- Handle sample development activities and ensure timely execution in line with customer specifications and development timelines.
- Work closely with Product Development, Merchandising, Production, Quality, and Sourcing teams to support smooth product development and commercialization.
- Coordinate with suppliers and production units for material sourcing, sample execution, and development follow-ups.
- Monitor product specifications, raw material requirements, development progress, and delivery timelines.
- Support bulk merchandising activities and coordinate order execution whenever required.
- Maintain development records, approvals, sample documentation, and other related product development reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, cost targets,



and delivery commitments are achieved.
- Assist in product costing, cost estimation, and development budgeting wherever applicable.
- Monitor development milestones and proactively resolve issues to ensure on-time completion of product development activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Exposure to buyer communication and product development coordination.
- Positive understanding of fabric, trims, garment, and home textile manufacturing processes.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, production teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple development projects simultaneously.
- Strong commitment to quality, cost optimization, and meeting customer deadlines.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
