Senior Consultant- Quality Excellence-5+Years-Odisha
We are hiring for a Senior Consultant Technical (Quality Excellence) with experience in manufacturing quality. The role will focus on defect elimination, process improvement, yield improvement and quality loss reduction through hands-on shop-floor interventions.

Location: Odisha

Your Future Employer: A leading Management Consulting firm specializing in Manufacturing Excellence and Operational Transformation.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive shop-floor quality diagnostics and identify quality losses.
2. Lead defect elimination and quality improvement projects.
3. Improve first-pass yield and reduce rejection and rework.
4. Conduct RCA, Pareto, 5-Why, Fishbone and FMEA.
5. Strengthen SOPs, control plans and process controls.
6. Drive quality KPIs and Daily Management Systems.
7. Work closely with Production, Maintenance and Planning teams.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing quality/process-quality experience.
2. B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing or related discipline.
3. Experience in steel, metals, heavy engineering or asset-intensive manufacturing preferred.
4. Robust shop-floor problem-solving experience.
5. Knowledge of RCA, FMEA, SPC, Process Capability, Lean and Six Sigma.
6. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt preferred.
