Job Description: Senior Instructional Designer

We are looking for a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Instructional Designer to lead the design and development of engaging, learner-centric digital learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of overall experience, including at least 3 years of team leadership or managerial experience, with solid expertise in instructional design methodologies, e-learning development, storyboarding, content development, multimedia learning, and e-learning authoring tools.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, assessment development, and learning experience design, along with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging digital learning content. Experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Suite is preferred.

Candidates should have a proven track record of managing multiple learning projects, meeting project timelines, maintaining content quality, and developing effective learning solutions aligned with business and learner requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers and multimedia developers.
- Design and develop e-learning courses, ILT, WBT, and blended learning programs.
- Create instructional storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive learning modules.




- Collaborate with SMEs to transform complex content into engaging learner-centric experiences.
- Develop multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite and e-learning authoring tools.
- Review learning content for instructional quality, accuracy, branding, and accessibility.
- Manage multiple learning projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure compliance with SCORM/xAPI and Learning Management System (LMS) standards.

Required Technical Skills:

- 5+ years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning & Development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading or managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, Blooms Taxonomy, and Adult Learning Principles.
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Experience working with LMS platforms and creating SCORM-compliant content.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, English, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Experience in corporate training, digital learning, or enterprise e-learning projects.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and xAPI is an added advantage.
