- Recruitment & Manpower Planning: Take full responsibility for sourcing and fulfilling manpower requirements specifically for the production unit to maintain smooth manufacturing operations.
- Trainee Management: Serve as the main Incharge for trainees, managing their end-to-end onboarding, training, and operational support.
