We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales & Distribution to lead sales, distribution, retail performance, and network expansion across company-owned and franchise outlets.

The role will be responsible for developing the overall sales strategy, driving revenue growth, improving outlet performance, expanding the franchise network, and building a high-performing multi-territory sales organisation. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in retail sales, distribution, franchise development, channel management, and multi-location operations.

This is an on-site leadership role requiring close collaboration with the Founder/CEO and operational teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall sales and distribution strategy across territories, company-owned outlets, and franchise stores.
- Establish territory-wise, store-wise,



and team-wise sales targets aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and coach Territory Sales Managers and drive accountability across multiple sales territories.
- Monitor revenue, sales conversion, lead generation, customer follow-up, outlet productivity, and other key sales metrics.
- Identify underperforming outlets and implement targeted action plans to improve sales performance.
- Build and manage a solid pipeline of potential franchise partners and locations.
- Evaluate prospective franchisees based on commercial capability, market potential, location suitability, and business fit.
- Lead franchise acquisition, commercial discussions, onboarding, and launch planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure new franchise outlets are operationally and commercially ready for launch.
- Support existing franchise partners with sales planning, performance improvement, and business development.
