Go-Grab is building the next generation of smart vending and convenience retail across India. We operate smart vending machines across leading colleges and high-footfall locations, bringing snacks, beverages and everyday essentials closer to consumers through technology-driven retail.
We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager to take ownership of Go-Grab’s marketing function and help build the brand as we scale.
What you’ll do• Own and execute Go-Grab’s overall marketing and growth strategy
• Build Go-Grab’s brand presence across digital and offline channels
• Develop and manage content across Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Plan and execute campus marketing campaigns, activations and student engagement initiatives
• Identify and execute growth opportunities through partnerships, collaborations, referrals and campaigns
• Develop marketing campaigns around new campus launches, products, offers and key business initiatives
• Work on performance marketing, SEO, CRM/WhatsApp and other digital growth channels
• Identify potential brand partnerships and advertising opportunities for Go-Grab
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to support business growth
What we’re looking for• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, growth, brand, digital marketing or a similar role
• Experience in a startup, D2C, FMCG, consumer-tech, retail or food & beverage business is a plus
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and growth marketing
• Someone who can think strategically but is equally comfortable executing
• Robust communication and creative thinking skills
• Comfortable working with data, metrics and campaign performance
• Ability to independently take an idea from “this could work” → execution → measurement
• High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience working with agencies/designers/content creators is a plus
