Role Description This is a full time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Lucknow. The Graphic Designer will develop visual concepts and designs for digital and print media across Maaef’s four wings, including marketing campaigns, brand assets, and promotional materials. Daily responsibilities include creating graphics, logos, and layouts, refining typography and visual identities,
and collaborating closely with marketing, production, and strategy teams to ensure designs meet performance and brand objectives. The role involves preparing files for print and digital deployment, iterating on feedback, and maintaining consistency with established brand guidelines while contributing fresh, thoughtful design ideas.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in visual design, including Graphics and Graphic Design skills.
• Experience with Logo Design and Branding to create and evolve cohesive brand identities.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout design for both digital and print formats.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or equivalent).
• Ability to translate strategic and performance-focused requirements into effective visual solutions.
• Attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to handle multiple projects in
