About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Executive – Client Servicing to manage B2B client relationships and ensure smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication and relationships with B2B clients.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Handle client calls, meetings, follow-ups, feedback, and project updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and multiple client requirements.
- Build solid, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proactively address client queries and resolve issues through effective coordination.
What We’re Looking For
