Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position involves guiding clients through the property buying, selling, and renting process, including conducting property visits, explaining features, and providing market insights. The consultant will respond to inquiries, maintain regular communication with prospects,



and deliver a high level of customer service throughout the transaction lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, preparing and presenting property proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating documentation with internal and external stakeholders. The role also requires staying updated on local market trends, maintaining accurate records in company systems, and collaborating with the wider team to achieve sales and service targets.
