Job Description
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning implementation.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Force.com IDE, Force.com Ajax Toolkit, and Salesforce API integration.
- Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Strong experience working in an Agile setting.
- DevOps practitioner with experience in Bitbucket, Git, and CI/CD.
- Good understanding and exposure to Salesforce DX.
- Proven knowledge of business processes and their KPIs, including best practices to support relevant business processes.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skill
