Job Title: Enterprise Sales Manager – IT Domain

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Enterprise Sales professional to drive business growth by identifying and acquiring enterprise clients for our IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, prospect, and develop recent enterprise-level clients across targeted industries and geographies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Heads, and other key decision-makers.
* Understand client business requirements and propose suitable IT solutions, products, and services.
* Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, solution presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
* Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business revenue growth.
* Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and MIS reports.




* Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, delivery, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential enterprise accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
* 3–8 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales within the IT/Technology domain.
* Proven experience in selling IT solutions, software, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, or other technology solutions.
* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
* Ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers and handle complex sales cycles.
* Strong business development and target-oriented approach.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
