Job Description:

Location: Delhi and Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities • Asset Valuation: Conduct valuation of real estate assets including commercial, residential, industrial, and land parcels. • Financial Modeling: Prepare detailed financial models using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) methodology along with other valuation approaches such as Comparable Sales and Income Capitalization methods. • Data Analysis: Analyze financial statements, cash flows, lease structures, and market data to derive valuation assumptions and investment insights. • Report Generation: Prepare valuation reports, feasibility studies, market research reports, and client presentations. • Market Research: Undertake market research, data analysis, and benchmarking of real estate trends across asset classes. • Advisory Support: Support advisory assignments including highest & best use analysis and investment assessments.



• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders for data collection and project execution. • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and internal quality benchmarks. • Business Development: Assist in proposal preparation and business development initiatives for valuation and advisory mandates.

Experience • Core Experience: 3+ years of relevant valuation experience. • Asset Domain: Candidates should have hands-on experience in undertaking valuation assignments across real estate and related asset classes.

Educational Qualification • Primary Degree: MBA (Finance), and/or • Technical Background: Civil Engineering background. • Alternative Criteria: Other relevant qualifications may also be considered based on overall experience and suitability.

Additional Information • Work Model: 5 days Work From Office (WFO). • Interview Process: 2 ro 3 Rounds (Final round will be Face-to-Face). • Geographic Expertise: Must have valuation experience for Delhi NCR and Bengaluru respectively. • Job Location: Delhi and Bengaluru.

Required Qualification: Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) or Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (B.Tech Civil or BE Civil).
