About The Role

SANeForce is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our Customer Onboarding Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for recent customers, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal teams and helping customers successfully adopt our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product guidance and support.
• Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions and user training as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure timely implementation.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and build strong, long-term relationships.
• Track onboarding activities, customer requirements, and implementation milestones.
• Identify customer challenges and proactively provide suitable solutions.




• Follow up with customers to ensure successful product adoption and usage.
• Maintain accurate customer records, reports, and onboarding documentation.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Technical Support, and other teams to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Customer Onboarding, Client Servicing or a similar role.
• Fluent communication in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
• Good problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Basic understanding of SaaS/IT products will be an added advantage.
• Ability to conduct customer calls, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Comfortable working from the Chennai off
