Patient Management: Perform initial assessments, formulate diagnostic frameworks, and execute targeted treatment plans for patients with acute coronary syndromes (ACS), advanced heart failure, cardiogenic shock, and severe arrhythmias

- Endotracheal intubation and advanced airway management.
- Central venous catheter (CVC) and arterial line insertion under ultrasound guidance.
- Temporary pacemaker wire management and troubleshooting.
- Bedside point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) and focused echocardiography.
- Pericardiocentesis and chest tube insertions in emergency scenarios
- Multidisciplinary Rounds: Conduct and participate in daily ICU clinical rounds with attending cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and intensive care consultants.
- Care Transition: Coordinate seamless patient admissions, inter-departmental transfers, and structured discharge planning.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, legally compliant electronic and physical medical records, including progress notes, daily care charts, and detailed discharge summaries.
- Protocol Compliance: Enforce institutional infection control measures, patient safety standards, and evidence-based clinical pathways
