Job Description – Area Manager | Banca Channel

Location: Lucknow
Channel: Axis Bank Banca
CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead the Banca sales team.

- Drive Life Insurance business through the Axis Bank channel.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with bank branch teams.

- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.

- Monitor team performance and support team members in achieving their goals.

- Generate new business opportunities through the assigned bank branches.

- Conduct regular branch visits and ensure effective sales planning.

- Track business performance, MIS, and daily sales activities.

- Ensure proper customer service and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in Life Insurance Banca Channel.

- Strong team handling and leadership skills.

- Good communication and relationship-management skills.

- Target-oriented approach with strong sales acumen.
