Job Description — Full Stack Developer (React + .NET + SQL)

Role Title: Full Stack Developer

Experience Required: 5 to 8 years

Tech Stack: React, .NET (C#), SQL

Role Summary:

The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web
applications, working across a React front end, a .NET back end, and SQL-based
data layers. The role requires strong ownership of features from architecture
through deployment, along with the ability to collaborate closely with product,
QA, and DevOps teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using React,
ASP.NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
* Build and consume RESTful APIs/web services to integrate front-end and
back-end components.
* Design and optimize SQL database schemas, queries, stored procedures, and
indexes for performance.
* Participate in solution design, technical estimation, code reviews, and
development of complex business features.
* Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding
standards and best practices.
* Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce
quality standards across the team.
* Debug and resolve production and non-production issues, performing root
cause analysis where needed.
* Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, business analysts, and
product owners throughout the SDLC.
* Write and maintain unit tests; support integration and end-to-end testing
efforts.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning,
retrospectives)



and deliver on sprint commitments.
* Ensure application security, performance, and scalability best practices
are followed.
* Support deployment activities and coordinate with DevOps for CI/CD pipeline
usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* 5 to 8 years of overall software development experience, with strong
hands-on expertise in:
* Front End: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and
component-based architecture.
* Back End: .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, WEB API, object-oriented design
principles.
* Database: SQL Server — schema design, complex queries, stored procedures,
performance tuning.
* Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration patterns.
* Experience with Git-based source control and pull-request/code-review
processes.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices and issue-tracking tools
such as Azure DevOps
* Knowledge of authentication and authorization methods such as JWT, OAuth
2.0, and role-based access control.
* Solid debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Good understanding of software design patterns and clean code principles.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a
cross-functional team.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Good to Have:

* Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, given .NET stack).
* Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization
(Docker/Kubernetes).
* Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit for .NET, Jest/React
Testing Library for React).
* Knowledge of Entity Framework / ORM tools.
