Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Assignment Management: Independently execute and manage valuation assignments on an end-to-end basis. • Valuation Expertise: Undertake valuation studies and demonstrate a strong understanding of relevant valuation methodologies and industry practices. • Team Leadership: Manage team members and monitor work on the day-to-day execution of assignments. • Quality Assurance: Review analyses, reports, financial models, and deliverables to ensure quality and timely completion. • Client Relations: Act as a key point of contact for clients, address client queries, and maintain solid client relationships. • Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and support smooth project delivery across multiple assignments.



• Operational Efficiency: Take ownership of critical departmental responsibilities to ensure high-quality client servicing and operational efficiency. • Business Development: Support business development initiatives and client presentations as required.

Experience

• Years of Experience: 3+ years of relevant valuation experience. • Asset Class Focus: Hands-on experience in undertaking valuation assignments across real estate and related asset classes. • Geographic Expertise: Must have valuation experience specifically for the Mumbai market.

Educational Qualification

• Preferred Degrees: Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance, and/or Bachelor of Engineering / Technology in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil or B.Tech Civil). • Alternative Options: Other relevant qualifications may also be considered based on overall experience and suitability.

Additional Information

• Work Setup: 5 days Work From Office (WFO). • Interview Process: 2 to 3 rounds, with the final round conducted Face-to-Face (F2F).
