Job Description:

Position: Sales Manager

Location: Vapi

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: Packaging

Responsibilities:

- Execute the sales plan in line with the company’s sales strategy.
- Relationship management with existing clients.
- Develop strategies and ensure execution to rope in prospective clients by understanding how they relate to our products.
- Research current markets for existing production and new products for existing markets, identify and exploit current market trends in our product space.
- Increase the sales of the PVC film segment.
- Increase sales via clients in pharmaceutical industry including medical applications, industrial packaging etc.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.




- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting, set targets and ensure meeting the goal.
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.

Required Skills:

- Should have good labour management skill.
- Multi Tasking.
- Logical thinking.
- Organizing.
- Good in communication skills.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
