- Have knowledge and experience of working in the large construction industry preferably Power Plant construction
- Have excellent communication skills, with the interpersonal skills to interact and influence at all levels
- Delivers and facilitates EHS Induction, structured trainings on EHS topics, EHS regulatory training and development programs & initiatives in support of the company’s training plan & objectives.
- Provides coaching, reinforcement of EHS policy and procedures.
- Performs administrative duties to track completion of training, compile and prepare statistical information on training program status.
- Ensure the delivery of high quality, cutting-edge and engaging.
- Maintain accurate and timely training records.
- Computer knowledge: MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel.
- On job training skill
- Possession of excellent analytical and data management skills
