About KGDC: KGDC Enterprises LLP is a quick-growing rooftop solar EPC company headquartered in Jamshedpur, executing residential and commercial & industrial (C&I;) projects across Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal.

The opportunity: Build and run HR for a fast-scaling, multi-state team. One opening at our Jamshedpur Head Office, reporting directly to the founder.

What you will do:

- Run the hiring pipeline on Zoho Recruit: screening, interview scheduling, offers and joining
- Manage onboarding, joining documentation, appointment letters and induction
- Handle attendance and payroll inputs, and PF/ESIC compliance
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS
- Support managers on people processes across Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal

Must-have:

- MBA/PGDM (HR)



or equivalent; 2+ years in HR or recruitment, ideally field or volume hiring
- Working knowledge of PF, ESIC and basic labour compliance
- Comfortable with an ATS/CRM (Zoho preferred), Excel, and clear written English and Hindi
- Organised and process-driven; local language a plus

Compensation: Fixed salary of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month.

Reports to: Founder. Location: Jamshedpur Head Office.
