About KGDC: KGDC Enterprises LLP is a fast-growing rooftop solar EPC company headquartered in Jamshedpur, executing residential and commercial & industrial (C&I;) projects across Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal.

The opportunity: Work directly with the founder on how a scaling solar company grows across three states. One opening, based at our Jamshedpur Head Office.

What you will do:

- Build MIS and performance dashboards for sales, operations and hiring

- Analyse markets and territories for new districts and expansion

- Research C&I; prospects and support proposals and presentations

- Track solar policy updates and tender opportunities

- Take ownership of projects the founder hands you, end to end

Must-have:

- Strong MBA or B.Tech student or recent graduate





- Robust communication and convincing skills (hard requirement)

- Excellent Excel / Sheets and structured problem-solving; clear written English

- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast turnarounds; high ownership

What you get: Monthly stipend of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000. Direct exposure to running a scaling business. Path to a full-time role for outstanding performers.

Reports to: Founder. Location: Jamshedpur Head Office. Duration: 6 months.
