Responsibilities

- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate new business leads and expand the client pipeline.

- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that align with their requirements.

- Conduct persuasive negotiations to close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities using basic computer applications.





- Provide top-tier customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term retention.
