Python Automation Architect

Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Python Automation Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable automation ecosystems within our IT Services division. This pivotal role focuses on architecting robust solutions that integrate DevOps practices, GenAI, and Agentic AI to drive platform engineering and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining the strategic direction for automation frameworks, ensuring comprehensive observability, and leveraging advanced monitoring tools to maintain system integrity and performance. This position is critical for transforming complex technical challenges into efficient, automated workflows that support the organization's long-term growth and innovation goals.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop enterprise-grade automation architectures utilizing Python to streamline software delivery and infrastructure management.

- Lead the integration of GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities into existing platforms to enhance decision-making and operational autonomy.

- Establish and enforce best practices for Linux-based environments, ensuring security, stability, and high availability across all systems.

- Architect and deploy sophisticated observability and monitoring solutions to provide real-time insights into system health and performance metrics.





- Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks that support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform engineering strategies and drive the adoption of DevOps methodologies.

- Conduct technical reviews and provide mentorship to engineering teams regarding automation patterns, code quality, and architectural decisions.

RequirementsRequirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 6-8 years of relevant professional experience.

- Proven expertise in Python programming, with a strong portfolio of complex automation projects.

- Deep understanding of Linux operating systems, including kernel-level tuning and system administration.

- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, including containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure as code.

- Demonstrated knowledge of GenAI, Agentic AI concepts, and their practical application in software architecture.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing platform engineering solutions that support scalable cloud-native applications.

- Strong background in observability and monitoring tools, capable of building dashboards and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution.

- Experience in creating and maintaining robust automation frameworks from the ground up.
