Role Description The Trainee Automation Engineer role is a full time hybrid position based in Kolkata, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The role includes assisting in the design, configuration, and testing of automation systems under the guidance of senior engineers. Daily activities involve supporting installation and commissioning of control panels and equipment, monitoring system performance, and documenting technical specifications and test results.



The trainee will help diagnose and resolve basic technical issues, participate in preventive maintenance activities, and learn to use automation and robotics tools. The position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, following safety and quality standards, and continuously building skills through training and on-the-job learning.
