Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Trivandrum. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store and back-end operations, ensuring smooth execution of processes related to inventory management, merchandising, and customer service support. The Operations Executive will monitor operational performance, coordinate with cross-functional teams,



and implement standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance. The role includes analyzing operational data, identifying process improvements, supporting staff scheduling, and assisting in resolving operational issues promptly. The position requires hands-on involvement on the shop floor and in support areas to maintain consistent service standards and operational excellence.
Qualifications
