About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) who can actively identify potential clients, find sales opportunities, and convert prospects into qualified leads.
You will play an key role in building our sales pipeline and connecting Trivon with companies looking for influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and growth solutions.

What You'll Do
• Find potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
• Identify businesses actively looking for influencer marketing and creator partnerships




• Research and identify relevant decision-makers
• Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, email, and cold calls
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Understand and qualify client requirements
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline
• Generate qualified sales opportunities for the sales team
• Work towards defined outreach and lead-generation targets

What We're Looking For
• 1+ year of experience, preferably in a marketing agency or sales role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound outreach
• Good at researching companies and finding prospects
• Persistent and consistent with follow-ups
• Sales-oriented and target-driven
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
