Position Overview
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Trainer is responsible for developing, designing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to new and existing employees on accounts receivable processes, systems, and best practices. This role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent service quality, reducing errors, and building a skilled workforce capable of managing cash flow operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Training Program Development & Design
· Develop and maintain comprehensive training curriculum for Accounts Receivable processes covering end-to-end workflows
· Create training materials including presentations, video modules, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and documentation
· Design batch-wise training programs for freshers aligned with organizational standards
· Prepare hard copy and digital training materials with transparent explanations and visual aids
· Update training content regularly to reflect process changes, system updates, and industry best practices
Training Delivery & Facilitation




· Conduct training sessions for multiple batches of new and existing employees
· Deliver engaging and interactive training on AR processes including invoice processing, payment collection, and credit management
· Adapt training delivery based on learner needs and diverse learning styles
· Provide hands-on training using relevant accounting software and company systems (ERP, SAP, or similar)
· Ensure adherence to training schedules and timelines

Assessment & Progress Monitoring
· Conduct pre-training and post-training assessments to evaluate learner competency
· Monitor employee progress and provide constructive feedback
· Create assessment tools to measure knowledge retention and practical application
· Identify knowledge gaps and provide remedial training as needed
· Maintain training records and generate performance reports
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
