Role Description The Export Import Executive role at MS GLOBLINK INC. is a full-time on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing day-to-day export and import operations, including preparing shipping and customs documentation, coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport agencies, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.



The executive will handle communication with international and domestic clients, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate records of transactions and compliance documents. Daily responsibilities also include monitoring trade regulations, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements, and working closely with internal teams to streamline logistics and support business growth.
Qualifications

• Ability to manage export–import documentation, customs paperwork, and shipping records with strong attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, basic customs procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic logistics or ER
