Role Description The US IT Technical Recruiter role is a contract, on-site position based in Chennai. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for US-based IT roles, including sourcing, screening, and qualifying technical candidates through job boards, social media,



skilled networks, and referrals. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and collaborating with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
