Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is an on-site internship based in Chennai. In this role, the intern supports the sales and marketing team by engaging with potential clients, presenting Sparktales’ training and lab solutions, and assisting with client follow-ups. Day-to-day tasks include participating in customer interactions, gathering client requirements, preparing basic sales materials, and helping organize training demos or promotional events.



The intern also assists in maintaining customer records, coordinating with internal teams to schedule meetings or training sessions, and contributing ideas to improve outreach strategies. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in a agile IT and Edtech environment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, presentations, and basic pipeline tracking.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to explain program features and assist in demonstrations or workshops.
