Role Description The Regional Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing regional operations, ensuring smooth implementation of Botree’s solutions across assigned territories, and supporting partners and clients with day-to-day coordination. Typical responsibilities include tracking performance metrics,



preparing and maintaining regional reports, coordinating with internal product, sales, and support teams, and assisting in resolving operational and distribution-related issues. The Regional Coordinator will also schedule and follow up on regional meetings, support training or onboarding activities for local stakeholders, and ensure timely communication of updates, risks, and opportunities to management. The role involves close collaboration with clients and field teams to maintain high service quality and consistent execution of Botree’s business processes.
