Role Description The Strategic Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for managing key client accounts, acting as a primary point of contact, and ensuring clients gain maximum value from Peko’s platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing account plans, monitoring account performance, identifying opportunities for expansion or cross-selling,



and coordinating with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly. The Strategic Account Manager will conduct regular business reviews, present product updates, gather client feedback, and collaborate with product, operations, and customer success teams to enhance the customer experience. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating terms within defined guidelines, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools to support forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or customer success, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, business analysis, and revenue growth for key accounts.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and handle complex client requirements.
